Purchase Information

All of my paintings come with a certificate of authenticity that is signed by me. All reproductions are also signed by me. All copyrights are the property of Ryan Williams the artist. As the owner of an original work, you must request permission to reproduce the original work in any format from the artist Ryan Williams. When purchasing a reproduction without a frame or matting, the product will be delivered rolled in a protective tube. Frames and matting for purchases that include as such are chosen by the artist. If you wish to purchase a piece that is framed or matted but you would like more information on the presentation, or you would like to request a particular style, then please make this request via email before purchase. I am more than willing to accommodate framing preferences, but please keep in mind that your request may affect the final price. All transactions are made through PayPal unless the client makes other arrangements with the artist.

Delivery

All purchases include standard ground shipping. If you would like to request a faster shipping method then please make this request before completing your purchase. Please keep in mind that if you are purchasing a reproduction then there could be a delay in delivery due to the printing process. I try to keep many reproductions available for immediate delivery, however the demand for a particular work is difficult to predict. In all cases, please allow 2 to 6 weeks for delivery. Commissions

I am willing to hear commission requests. However, the time to complete your commission depends on my time available and other projects that I am working on at that time. The time frame for your commission could vary from 1-12 months. The pricing will be determined by various factors including the size, content, and amount of detail required. The price is negotiable but upon final determination, exactly half of the price will be due before any work is started on your commission. The first payment is non-refundable. The final payment will be required when the client has approved the painting which will be shown via email unless otherwise stated. Shipping of the painting will take place after the final payment is made. During the creation of your painting, you will receive many emails with photo attachments showing the progress of your work. The client will have every opportunity to demand changes to the work during the production. As the client, you will have control over the look of the painting. As the artist of the commission, please keep in mind I retain all copyrights on the original work and will reproduce your work in a series of canvas and paper formats. Your work will also be discussed on my blog and will be discussed and displayed during the production and after completion.
